Himmelberg - My Own Avatar

My avatar is a successful actress and singer ,who is the star of a broadway musical. She sticks to theatre (no movies or releasing popular albums). She has been trained classically, which means her voice is very professional and she can sing a wide range of types of music not just showtunes. She went to NYU for voice and acting, training with very prestigious teachers and singing many soprano arias, but her passion was for the theatre. She got her big break about a year after college at the young age of 22 and has been doing it for 6 years now. She is very confident and beautiful, but not arogant at all. She simply loves to entertain, so being on stage night after night is amazing and never gets old. Right before every show she still gets butterfly's in her stomach and once it is all over she is still running on that adrenaline high that you can only get from performing live in a broadway theatre in one of biggest cities in the world. To her it is simply amazing that she can do something that she is so passionate about and people will sit and be captivated by her voice and the story her songs weave. Out of college she lived downtown in a loft with a bunch of other aspiring actors and musicians, one of whom is her now fiance. Since then she has moved with him into an upper west side apartment on central park west. When she gets off or in between jobs she loves to spend time in Montauk in a little cottage they rent right on the ocean. She also volunteers in schools in harlem and other poor neighborhoods teaching music and acting to kids, trying to educate and inspire them to be whatever they can be. She loves the downtown nightlife scene where she goes after many performances with her friends and fellow castmates. She has also toured all around europe and even to japan with a few different musicials and theatre troupes when they went on tour.

  1. Do you have any particular singer actor in mind? You create a clear picture of an ideal, but should an avatar be a fantasy?
