Nolley, Iqbal, Cascioppo- A Walk in the Park

"A Walk in the Park"
This movie was our take on a thriller/suspense movie with a funny twist at the end. The majority of the film was shot in Audubon Park and Loyola's campus. Azreen does an amazing job is being a total creep in this one minute film. We also wanted to make fun of how Dominic was so freaked out by such a tiny person. In all, the project was enjoyable and we had a lot of fun. It was amazing to us how we were able to successfully shoot this movie in less than forty minutes and edit it in such a short span of time. Hopefully everyone will enjoy it (especially Professor McCay :]]).

  1. This project was very fun and interesting. At times it was frustrating because I realized we did not have enough footage for some areas, but we made do and it turned out well in my opinion. Azreen and Dominic did a great job acting in the film and I felt that we all worked well as a team. Overall it was really cool to make a film from scratch and work with other people to make it happen.

  2. Our biggest success was that we were able to shoot all the scenes in less than 30 minutes Our failure was that even though we were able to shoot majority of the shots, some of the shots cut off at wrong times. So we had a time issue. I really enjoyed working on this film. It helped me gain a perspective on how much time it actually takes to make a proper movie. It was a fun project.

  3. Paranoia, fear, terror etc.. these are the emotions that i was attempting to convey as i was acting for this film. I dont know if i actually succeeded. I dont think so anyways. But still, i think that the video is very enjoyable. I have to give thanks to Azreen for her acting and Taylor for her editing and directing. The most difficult part of making this video was filming all the required scenes in one class period. The second most difficult part was trying to combine the artistic visions of three different people. Needless to say we managed to do this and we created a complete, satisfying video.

  4. Dominic, you do look paranoid, so your acting career is off to a good start.
You all make excellent comments about the film, and I did enjoy it.
